We're honoured to feature Tom as our inaugural Millennial of the Month - March 2016. At the prime age of 27, this millennial has been real estate investing for three years. He graduated from Michigan State University, lives in Metro Detroit and owns/manages a few rental properties in the area. He is an active real estate agent, wholesaler, hard money lender and "rehabber". Tom flipped 12+ properties in 2015, while maintaining a full-time job. At the beginning of 2016, he left his comfortable corporate job to pursue his real estate flipping business with all his time and energy. It's rare to find a young hustler that is so determined and works as hard and smart as Tom, heads up Forbes!
